We train children in different centers we set in our community. We do identify an areas where there's many children,we discover the suitable sport for them and do organise training programs during school holidays

Swift sports organization vision

Our vision is to fight poverty through our talents. It's well known that our pearl of Africa ' Uganda' is one of the most poorest country in the world due to lack better education, unemployment and big background which brought in this era...it's the wars and HIV Aids which destroyed 23% families of the population between years 84 and 2002.

And Uganda is the most country in the world with the big population of children and youth. This is vital to unemployment and poverty.

Instead of leaving lives of young generation to be destroyed we thought to do something innovative and our major resource is the natural talent;

Netball,Football, Rugby and many others talents to come up in future.

Swift Sports News

That was our first entry in 2019 Xmas tournament organized by kira police station,we won trophy and a goat and also the same year another Xmas community league for clubs in Kiteezi organized by Twinbrook International schools, we won a trophy plus cash. Our GA played a great role in both tournaments.

SSO

This is swift sports new TV department where we shall be updating you with all our activities as the organization and ours clubs plus others in different communities;Uganda at large and Africa entirely.

Young mothers

We do love to empower single mothers ,sports it's one of the mechanism to build their capacity and destroys the low inner self-esteem.

Our Journey

Our journey; we were founded by male coach who came with a vision to empower women through sports in community.

It started by a small whispering mobilization to some few that....there's a coach who has come to our village to coach women in netball.

I and 3 friends met him at some village joint; Kiteezi some sunday evening. The coach said " I have a vision to empower women in this village and other communities but can't do it alone."

We bought his idea,looked for a school play ground...applied for permission to use and administration allowed us 3 days in week only evenings which we accepted.

We started our trainings,that in April 2019. We started 4 and went on growing in numbers everyday until COVID 19 lock down destructed everything.

However we resumed in August 2021 after loosing 70% of our members.

After COVID 19 lock down we got a meeting and resolution was to establish a sports organization to fight poverty through the talents like netball,football and rugby among single mothers,youth, children and young mothers.

Today we are registered CBO in Nansana municipality, Wakiso district,Uganda East Africa.

Swift Teens Club

We are family of different talents.

Swift teens club bring together girls and boys with passion to play football, netball and rugby in our community.

These are young girls and boys between 12 and 19 who need to be nurtured well for a brighter future.
