Swift Sports was created from the dream of one coach and 4 bold single mothers. Our vision is to fight poverty through sports talent. As It's well known that Uganda is the pearl of Africa, but Uganda is one of the poorest countries in the world due to lack of education, unemployment because of long histories of war and HIV Aids which destroyed 23% families of the population between years 1980 and 2002. That's why the majority population is youth and children.

But we are not a single story. Instead of looking on while the lives of young generations continue in cycles of poverty and lack of opportunity, we have thought to do something creative, and our major resource is natural talent and our heart for community. We believe in the community spirit of training to the first step in transforming the scars of the past.

Today we expand opportunities through netball, football, and rugby; tomorrow we aim to be a part of a growing network to grow talents and sustain a healthy community.

Swift teens club bring together girls and boys with passion to play football, netball and rugby in our community.

These are young girls and boys between 12 and 19 who need to be nurtured well for a brighter future.

Children need opportunities to be children! We strive to support environments where they can play and learn to challenges themselves to develop skills that go beyond the playing field.
